S2.6 Review Chapter 2

Design StudyBuddy's team workflow with AI

Problem

Design the working process of the StudyBuddy team for the semester. Produce:

  1. Sprint rhythm: Sprint length, the day and length of each Scrum event, who attends.
  2. Board: the columns of the team board and a WIP limit for each active column (5 developers).
  3. Definition of Done: 6–8 checklist items, including at least two about AI-generated work.
  4. AI rules per activity: for requirements, design, coding, testing and review, say whether AI is allowed, allowed with conditions, or not allowed, and why.
  5. Two metrics the team will track every Sprint to check whether its process (and its AI use) works.

Work it out on paper, in a document or here, then compare with the model answer. Your answer stays in your browser — it is never sent to or stored on the server.
