Prepare the final presentation of StudyBuddy (15 minutes + 10 minutes of questions).
- Write the demo script: the order of what you show, which persona's journey you follow, which evidence you show for quality (tests, evaluation results, SLO dashboard, security checks), and a planned "failure" you demonstrate on purpose (e.g., the AI provider going down).
- Write ten questions an examiner is likely to ask — at least one per area: requirements, process, estimation/risk, architecture, code quality/AI use, testing, AI evaluation, security, privacy/law, operations/sustainability — and a model answer (2–4 sentences) for each that cites evidence or a decision record.
- Write a one-paragraph honest retrospective: what the team would do differently, including how it used AI.
