Before writing any requirement, the team must know who cares about StudyBuddy and what "good" means for each of them.
- List six stakeholders (people or organizations affected by the system — not only users). For each, write one sentence about their main concern.
- Choose the five most important quality attributes for StudyBuddy and rank them. For each, write one measurable requirement.
- Identify one conflict between two of your attributes and propose a trade-off.
- Name one question you would ask an instructor in the first interview, and explain why the answer could change the design.
